France is the New Italy

Last year all of my clients wanted to go to Italy. I planned tons of incredible trips there – Florence, Amalfi Coast, Capri and Rome was a popular route.  This year it seems everyone whats to travel to France.  I have been working on a few different variations of a trip that includes time in Paris, then heading to Provence, and finishing up in the French Riviera. Sounds pretty good, don’t you think? I might have to head there myself later this year!

In Paris, I love the Le Royal Monceau Raffles and the Shangri La – one is eclectic and modern and the other is old world elegance. Which style are you?

In Aix-en-Provence, the Villa Gallici is a a beautiful little hideaway and the perfect home base to experience all of the wine, food and scenery that the area has to offer.  Or stay at Crillon le Brave in a village near Avignon for a visit to a lavender field and maybe taking a cooking class.

Then head to St. Tropez – rent a convertible and live it up on the beach during the day and sip champagne in the clubs at night. While there, the Byblos is the place to be.

I told you it sounded good!
